A bluetooth speaker is located inside the kitchen for your use in the house, at the beach or the pool. ★ COMMUNITY AMENITIES ACCESS ★ Guests staying at Sunkissed & Salty have full complimentary access to the zero-entry pool, fire pit, putting green (bring your own putter and golf balls) and covered cabana w/bathrooms. There are several wetland lakes throughout the neighborhood that are open for fishing filled with bass, blue gill, garfish, turtles, frogs and an occasional alligator as this is a natural wildlife habitat & sanctuary. **Please take extra caution with pets and children around the lakes**

✏️ Summer Salt neighborhood is a new neighborhood that is currently still *UNDER CONSTRUCTION* Phase 1 (where you will be located) is almost complete. There are only a few houses that are in the final stages. Phase 2 is set back in the back of the neighborhood and is still ongoing construction. All neighborhood amenities are complete and you have full access to them. ✏️ The house is NOT on the beach and does not have a beach view, however we are a quick 13 minute walk from front door to toes in the sand. ✏️ We DO NOT provide beach towels due to time limitations with laundering turnovers. Please BYOBT (Bring Your Own Beach Towel) as our bath towels are not allowed at the pool or beach. ✏️The house is surrounded by sand, be mindful that this is a brand new neighborhood that is still under construction in some areas. We advise wearing shoes when walking through the sand as we are still discovering construction debris. We are constantly raking and removing debris, but it’s best to wear some type of shoe. ✏️ 3 Roku TVs with Guest mode to conveniently log into your own streaming accounts. ✏️ 350 Mbps high speed Wifi; login info provided prior to check-in. ✏️ Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided. Linens for the queen sleeper sofa can be found in the cabinet under the TV in the living room and the twin sleeper in the dresser drawer in the master bedroom. Extra pillows and blankets can be found in any of the bedroom closets. ✏️ Although we perform monthly pest control, pests are a natural occurrence in a humid, coastal setting; please keep doors and windows closed to minimize pests. ✏️The house is located in a natural wetlands habitat where coastal wildlife live. Please be AWARE of small pets and children around the lakes in the neighborhood. We do see an occasional alligator and snake.
